Have any NSV's to post? Non-scale victories... Even though the scale may not be moving down just yet, weight loss results in other forms.

I put on a pair of 18 jeans that I could not pull up and close in about a year...and they fit!!!!! And they went up with ease!!!! My work pants are also sooooo baggy! YAY!!

the other day I posted about me being able to wear some of my rings again. Well I tried on my mothers wedding band today and I can wear it! That meant the world to me cause I haven't worn it in 11 yrs.

Great NSVs! I´m having a little difficulty keeping my rings on!

Before my surgery I started hiding when it came to pictures being taken, but now I don´t mind so much. Here´s a comparison shot. The first dress was the night before my surgery, the second was 4 months later!!

My wedding band has been officially retired. It kept falling off, it just doesnt seem to fit anymore.....Know what that means, ladies????

My wedding band has been so tight these last few years that my finger seems to have grown on to it. Now it moves freely and I can get it off (still somewhat challenging though). I lost my really nice band years ago and settled for a much cheaper one since my husband thought it was my carelessness. We will celebrate our 20th in June 2009. I sure hope this one is falling off by then -- I too want an upgrade!

you go gurl! im right behind you in a 16 ... my goal was to go from a 26 to a 16! now i gotta change that goal to a 12 it looks like ill be a 12 before getting under 200 but hey thats fine with me...once again congrates:thumbup:

Txs Mzreeda...and CONGRATS to you too!!!! I was so anxious to get back into my 16's, well, that didn't last long at all. Perhaps you'll do the same with your 14's!!!!

My biggest accomplishment has been getting off my blood pressure pills, prilosec and two of my three diabetes medications. The last diabetes medication that I am taking is half the normal dose. My rings are also getting too big.
