    Yah, now is the time to go on the post op diet. I didn't follow it but I wish I would have. I actually had my band the day after Thanksgiving so I ate quite a bit the day before!!! Good luck and it will be worth it!!

    Hey BIGJEDDA, my surgery is on the 19th as well. My low carb diet begins on the 9th. I'm really excited for our upcoming adventure. Hopefully we can keep in touch and share experiences.:wink2:
