Weigh in... how much have u lost?

I don't know about the rest of you but I am so psyched!! :tt2: I thought it would be fun to see how much we have lost ... say starting with your preop diet (or at least 2 weeks before banding) until now. I think it would also be very motivational for the rest of those who are still waiting to be banded -- give them something to look forward to and help shake those jitters!

Anyway, I was banded on May 8, and as of today have lost a total of 20.5 pounds!!

good for you thininside- I am losing slowly as well on average about 5 pounds per month so far - and you know what I'm good with it, I was banded on 5/19/08 and have lost about 25 pounds- I haven't had a fill yet either- no complaints on my end better slow and steady than not at all.. Keep lifting those weights!

I slowed down last wk...with my exercise and protein so naturally, my appetitie picked up. I didn't lose week before last and only 1lb this wk. No biggy, esp after a lady in my support grp ;ast night was devestated because she hadn't lost in past "12 days"...OMGolly, I would freak if I weighed every day for 12 days anyways! But I understand that works for her. I'm back on tracj this week doing my 30mins walking and 15mins strength training, 5days/wk.

I go for my 2nd fill Tuesday. Still 2cc in a 10cc holding at 1/2 to 3/4 cup per meal.

Congratulations to everyone on their losses! I'm down 40 lbs since beginning the preop diet the last week in April. That puts me (almost) at the halfway mark. I have had four fills, and the most recent this week definitely put me at my sweet spot. Blood pressure and sugars are down, and I feel great. I have to say that being banded was the best health decision I have ever made.

*coughs!*

i'm at 240.5 as of this morning!!!!

wooooooooooooohoooooooooooo!!!!:lol::w00t::lol::w00t::w00t:

i dont know what i am!, im all over the scale one min i thought i hit my 50pound mark then gain then lost BUT iam still happy ive come along way baby, and i have more energy, eating less, learned alot from this sugery and from all of you ! im from 298 to 259 (again..lol) as of today

:biggrin2: oooooo, thank you NY!!!! i was trying so hard to loose what i gained from vacation and then some!!!

Down another .6 lbs!! Not much of a loss but I will take it!! As long as I don't see the scale going back up I'm good with it. I keep to the plan and know that my body is adjusting. Doing more exercise so that may be muscle being built up. Not going to worry!! I love Looosssiiieee!!! (named my band) KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!!!

Banded on May 14-Springfield, MO

Dr. Chris Edwards

I've lost 35 pounds since May 1st, when my pre-op diet began!!

I'm plugging along and still trying to figure out what to eat and how much....it's a learning process, but well, well worth it....

Way to go May Bandsters!!

Keep up climbing that hill everyone!!

Hi everyone. I weighed in today, have lost 34 since surgery on May 27th, 64 since I began trying to lose in November.

Had my second fill last Thursday, and the scale has started moving again. WAHOO!

Congrats to everyone! I on the other hand haven't lost a pound in about 3 weeks, but I've been so busy I've only gone to the gym like, twice and have been eating as much of and whatever I want, I'm always starving!!! I'm not too worried though, I've been to busy to worry! I go for another fill on the 20th, maybe that will help with the constant hunger pangs
