for me, drinking was never a problem...i could drink a full slimfast shake no problem even 3 days post-op. now that i'm at restriction, i can do half a shake.

I'm 12 days post-op and still having trouble getting in all of my Water. I can drink 3-5 ounces at one time, but then I feel so full. (I think it's bloating, actually.)

At four days post-op, I was still drinking one ounce at a time. Every 20-30 minutes.

I would suggest that you get a reusable plastic container and put your water/ juice in it. I found that it help me see how much I consumed over the day. Instead of just guessing. PS I Love SF Grape Koolaide!!

I remember for about the first 4 days I could hardly even drink without being so full.. I literally had to make myself drink and at the end of the day I might have gotten 1/4 of a bottle of Water down.. I was afraid I was going to dehydrate but about 4 days out I was able to start drinking more..

I was shocked that I had absolutely no appetite
