I am almost 2 weeks out and so sick of shakes. I get to start mushies this weekend. Does anyone know if hummus is a good choice in the mushie phase?

Yeah.. it's awesome! I still eat it .. I love it! I dip lettuce in it and multigrain crackers too.. but just by itself is good too.

Yep, sure is! If you have trouble finding it in your grocery store, there are some really good and easy recipes online.

Yes!!! I ate a ton of hummus in the soft food stage. I choose to make my own, so I could adjust the flavoring and consistency, but any store bought brand will due.

how did you eat it? Just plain? curious because I love hummus and I am goign to be able to eat that by the weekend probably.
