I just got my approval letter today for lap band and my surgeon is scheduling my surgery for two weeks out..

It's been a long road and I changed surgeons during the process...

Congratulations on the approval. I was banded last week and I am very excited about this new journey we're beginning. Just found this site tonight and wish I had discovered it months ago.

I just attended the seminar on the lap band. The doctor showed us two different kind of bands the lap band and the realize band can anyone share the knowledge. thanks in advance

I am using Dr. Darrell Stewart in Denton... Seems his office has a great program for post banders that I am really going to enjoy!!

I forgot to add, my surgery is scheduled for June 25th!! Yea!!!!
