Hi I am from Pasco County, just north of Tampa. Nice to hear from other Floridians. I don't know how to do too much. I just keep trying things, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I was banded 12 days ago. Just getting started. I am feeling great. I am still on Full Liquids for 10 days. I feel like I could eat, but know I shouldn't. Take care.

Not a silly question at all! I just put mine up. You basically have to go into Quick Links and click on Edit Signature. At the bottom there is an add signature box and a spot to put the ticker code in. In the meantime, I will try to find the tutorial someone made for lapbandtalk and post it for you.

Greetings from the Space Coast. Newly banded by Dr Mark Fusco @ Lifeshape.net, Melbourne FL. Surgery was Monday 4/28, I'm feeling great, incisions are starting to itch already, my first post op is 5/8. I am on liquids until Sunday, and then I go to creamy stuff, with protein shakes. I too am about OVER the liquids too. I've had alot of burping, something I hardly ever did. I managed to get my ticker, but OMG, please don't ask me how. Now I can't figure out how to change it as I change. Keep posting and keep up the good work. Gail
