Stomach Burning Constantly

Hello All!

I am Jennifer, and I was banded a little over a year ago. I recently for the past week have been having a burning pain in my stomach all the time. It does it when I havent eaten, when Im eating, and after. I am hoping the band hasnt like eaten through my stomach or something, but its always scary when something involves the stomach since we do have a band on it. I have only had one fill back in February 08. If anyone has had this problem or knows what it might be please let me know. Thank you.

Jennifer

Could be an ulcer. You could start with your regular doc if your band doc isn't easily available, and get tested for h. pylori.

I get the burning but only when i take vitamin tablets,i take the tablets with food, still burning but not so bad, the doctor said it was acid in my case.
