Intro to Dr. next Wed / no coffee!!!

I have done all of the preliminary tests, visits and weight loss needed and I will meet the Dr. for the first time next Wed 4-30-08 and hope to get a surgery date but I am having difficulty kicking the coffee / caffeine. Anybody able to drink coffee (real) after surgery?

I have a Latte about twice a week, maybe.

My dr advised against coffee, too. But, frick...twice a week isnt as bad as sometimes two times a day preband.

Good luck

I had no coffee restrictions and drink several cups a day. LOL.

Sheila - I know!! This is what scares me the most:eek: I am doing 1/2 caff now and dying! Good to know I can have some after, obviously not like now, but FRICK! It's coffee, people! The lifeblood of my day! (I have two little kids and sleep about 2 minutes a night!)
