    I got on the scale this morning and about passed out. Five pounds down. I must have been retaining some major Water or my body finally got out of its "what the hell are you doing to me phase"...Whoohoo!!!

    I weighed in this morning at 177, even with TOM here - so I still lost another pound from last week. It's going so slow, but every pound I can see a difference in my shape. I'm exercising very hard, and working out like a maniac - 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. I'm eating good healthy foods, so not sure why this freaken scale will only go down 1 pound a week, but I'll take any loss I can get at this point!
