Recording weight loss - how do you do it?

I guess we all record our weight loss in different ways. I use a spreadsheet to keep a record of how many pounds etc. You can view it and download it at my blog Visions Of Summer

How do you do yours?

I have been just using my ticker, but have since reading this post created a spreadsheet. Very good idea!

Just yesterday, I put my weigh loss into Exel. I can get a line chart to work, but it's values go all the way from 0 lbs to 400lbs. How do I get the bottom value to be like 200 instead of 0?

Hi:

I use the program fitday. I also keep track using an excel spreadsheet because I can track percentage of excess weight lost, etc.

I've lost 74% of my excess weight! Yippee.
