April 14, 200818 yr I'm scheduled to meet with my surgeon/dietician for the first time next tuesday. Have to do the 6 month diet with family physician first so I started that april 1st. Can anyone tell me what to expect on this initial consult?? thanks:confused:

Can anyone tell me what to expect on this initial consult??thanks:confused: Hiya Initial consult for me was to check that banding would be the right surgery for me (not the ballon or bypass etc). Surgeon was great and answered all my questions and also advised re: pre op milk diet to shrink my liver. Had my band fitted on April 6th and am pleased that I did it, including 1 week pre op milk diet I have lost 17lbs in 15 days. Feeling pretty tired due to liquid diet for 2 weeks but pain free.
