Barium Swallow for Fill - Help!!!

I'm going for a fill on Friday, when I get a fill they usually have me swallow this barium which is thick and chalky tasting and they always say that I am full enough and don't hardly give me 1 cc, I think to date I probably am at almost 2cc. Is there a trick to making this liquid go down fast so that I can actually get me some restriction. I want to be able to eat 4 ounces of food, you know carry a baby container to work with my lunch in it. I want to actually be full off of a protein shake and not have to eat a yogurt with it and still hear my stomach growl one hour later. Any advice you can give me will be good. I don't have to have my fill done it front of the xray machine this time so I'm excited about that.

I have to drink that stuff everytime I go. It's white and chalky and taste pretty bad. They usually have me lift my shirt and stand in this machine and pull up my body on a projection type screen before sticking me with the needle but in the office they just feel for my port and stick me based on that. But I don't swallow I usually sip and I think that is where my problem comes in at. I need to learn to swallow the liquid.
