Hi I've just been introduced to the forum and have to say it looks REALLY good. I was banded Nov '07 and am doing ok. Slow but steady weight loss. I am struggling to find things to eat and am worried I 'm eating all the wrong things :biggrin: Look forward to making lots of friends on here!
