Hello, my name is Vicki and I am awaiting the approval of my insurance company. I have waited the 6 month period and am anxious to get on with my surgery. My Lap-band doctor is Dr. Michale Hodge. He is very kind and communicates well which is very important to me. I lost 14 pounds during the 6 month waiting period. I will let you know when I hear from Dr. Hodge's office as to when my surgery date is.
