i'm new here, I have my consult with the doctor tomorrow.

I'm excited and I cant wait to get this started.

I married 4 boys 3 grandkids. I have been overweight most of my adult life.

I have been reading up on all the questions and answers everyone has posted.

I go to a Support group meeting march 13th, then again 2nd thursday in April. Psy doctor Aprli 30th.

then hopefully I can get a date for surgery.

I live in Upper Marlboro. I will have one of the surgeons at Walter Reed.

I have a long way to go before I get the surgery.

Thursday I am going to the support group.

Hi Busy...you're not too far from me. I'm in Waldorf. I had a lot to do to be approved for the surgery myself. I had to have six months of a supervised medical weight loss program as well as psych eval and EKG. Believe me...it's worth the weight and the hard work. I love my band.
