will he quit snoring???

I am supporting my husband's choice to have the surgery for all the right reasons, but part of me wonders if having the surgery will reduce his snoring when he loses the weight. We havnt slept in the same bed since Sept '07 because he snores like a freight train!! thanks for your help.:smile2:

My husband and I both snore horribly! As part of my pre-op I had to do a sleep study and hubby did one too. We both got CPAP machines. Now we don't snore and get GREAT sleep. It took us a while to adjust to sleeping with the machines, but now we can't live without them!

Snoring and sleep apnea are dangerous. Tell your hubby to talk to the Dr about getting a sleep study and a CPAP. Good luck! :blushing:
