I got the call a little over a week ago that my insurance approved me....I am so excited. I have been looking at pictures of myself in high school and can't wait to be close to that again.

I go for my consult with the surgeon on 3/11. Hope to have the surgery the last week of March....

Congrats. Looks like you are on your way! Do what the doc says and follow the diet rules and you should be very successful.

Congratulation ! I'm so happy for you . I also just got approved. I was supposed to set up my surgery date last friday but it snowed and the office was closed . Now I have to wait until monday.

I am having the surgery at Immanuel. I am hoping to schedule for the last week of March. I have already lost 24 pounds the past month just on the diet waiting for approval. I only hope it sheds off as fast once I have the surgery!!!

congrats to you. I am tentatively scheduled for 3/6. Mine will be done in Denver as we live in western Ne. I have afriend who has had the band just after christmas and so we are helping each other, but any other support is great.

I met with Dr. Hovey today and am scheduled for April 1st!!! I hope it is not an April Fool's Joke!! haha
