PMS and band tightening?

I;m looking back through my calander of weightloss and have noticed that I tend to loose a lot more weight during the PMS time. Pre-band this is when I would gain 5 pounds of Water weight and then loose it during time of the month.

Well last night my PMS started and I noticed I was really tight (my last fill was the beginning of december-so not recent). Does this happen to anyone else? I can get liquids down with no problems I just feel really tight. Last month I didn't notice it too much. But this month I really have.

So does anyone get a slight unfill for PMS time?

YEP My last fill ( Prior to the one on Feb 14th) was 12 weeks apart and about 11 weeks in I had my period so I had ZERO restriction .

I got my period and I was SO TIGHT I had go to on liquids. !

I have heard others having issues with it too

mindy

i think mine was so tight i got something stuck. my period was messed up this month, so i am officially so confused... but i have lost 5lbs so im not totally complaining lol

I have very little restriction during PMS and have a ton of cravings. Even with no restriction I manage to maintain my weight. During TOM I have great restriction and tend to lose weight and before the band I would always gain during TOM. Last week during TOM I didn't lose anything but I stayed the same and never gained.

This phenomenon also happens for a lot of people when they travel via air. I too notice I am tighter around that time of the month.

I went on liquids yesterday and am planning on staying on them until this extreme restriction goes away. I can't see paying $250 for an unfill and then a week later paying again for a fill. I had better stalk up on shakes. How I'm going to miss my Boco burgers :tt2:

I personally get majorly hungry and want to eat everything in site during my time of the month, but like others, nothing will go down. Even thick liquids become a problem. I do notice that I don't loose any weight but I don't gain either. Sometimes once my TOM is has ended I loose 2lbs witch is cool. I have heard thru the grapevine that if you are dieting and working out that during the TOM is the best to push yourself a little extra because the lbs will really come off. I can't put any weight behind this statement though it is just what I have heard. I personally don't feel like doing crap except trying to eat everything in site and pbing it up.

I'm with you.....I have horrible cravings and can almost eat anything during PMS....then during my TOM, I get really tight. I usually stick to mushies during that time.
