Thinking about lapband and expense

:sleep:I am thinking of getting the lap band but have no insurance. I am considering getting insurance for the surgery but am wondering if its considered pre-existing or if there is a waiting period to cover it. Has anyone else had this dilemma?

    That isn't exactly true. I've been overweight for 10ish years and only been with this insurance company for 6-7 months. They are going through my paperwork now to see if I qualify by their standards and length of obesity is only HELPING me prove my case.
