I am new to this website. I haven't had the surgery done yet but I am very interested. I have started the process by having a consultation with the surgery center. I think I have chosen a surgeon, Dr. George Lynch with Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN. If anyone has had experiences with him please let me know. I think I am going to hold off one more month before I start getting the approval from the insurance. I have recently sold my home and am in the process of moving. I don't want to add doctor appointments in the busy schedule mix right now. I am currently 280 lbs with a goal weight of 145. I need to lose 135lbs. I really hope that this will help me.

I've just had my surgery 4 day out from the surgery date. You will really need to be settled so you can have ample time to recover. It is so good to meet other people who are on the same page.
