Hi y'all!!

I was watching the news this morning and there was a story on Home | WeightView.com - Seeing is Believing It is a website where you can download your "before" or "current" picture and tell them how much weight you want to lose. They will alter your picture, to show you what you will look like when you get to that weight.

I went on line and it is easy and looks fun....but most importantly it is FREE. I haven't done it yet, as I need a better picture but as soon as I do I will post the outcome. What a great way to help motivate!

Anyway....just wanted to pass it along!!
