What happens if you do not drink enough water? or the 64ozs required? I feel like I am drinking all day long. I'm still in the sipping stage.....:speechless:

Your band turns to dust. ;o)

Just do the best you can. Try your very best to get it all in, it gets easier.

Constipation can be a problem for many and the water greatly aids that. It also helps to wash out the fat that you're loosing. Try your best to drink, drink, and drink.

If I don't get my fluids in (I don't say Water, because I do a lot of SF decaf iced tea) my weight loss stalls....good enough reason to keep me drinking!!!

Keep sipping away, it will become habit, and get easier!

Went for my 1 week post-op visit today and we discussed water in group. That is exactly what everyone said...your weight loss will stall. Good information to know....I will keep on sipping.......Does anyone else have a support group with their doctor or surgery center? Mine is sooo great. We all joined the local College exercise program and was able to register under the special rate of $50.00 a semester and we all go after group on Wednesdays and several other times a week. We also do many other activities together including our doctor. He has been very supportive and active in all of his patients. I truly believe that is what is going to make a difference in being successful. :)
