Hey Everyone,

It has been great reading everybodies emails.....I have really learnt alot.

I will be getting my band on March 4th with Dr. Ortiz. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I can't wait to start my new life.

I feel like these last three weeks have been a rollcoaster. At times I have been out of control eating and other times a wouldn't dare eat an extra ounce. After reading post after post I realize that this is probably normal.

Regular Size clothes I get gitty just thinking about the possibility!!

just had my surgery on Wed Feb 16 2005 and feel so excited with my new life. Dr. Ortiz did the surgery and you can ask him or Dr. Martinez anything. They are wonderful. I told them exactly the objections that my primary doc told me. I felt so much better plus I made 2 new friends. You can contact me if you like...take care

Congratulations, you will soon be banded! They said not to, but I did a lot of out-of-control bingeing right before my surgery. It's normal. Good luck with everything!

10 days till sugery:nervous

Hi!

I am also going to Dr. Ortiz, my surgery is scheduled for March 2!! I will be going back to Texas on the day you go in for surgery! I have also learned a ton from reading through all the threads here! I am trying to figure out how to post an introduction? Best of luck, I think I know exactly how you fell right now!!
