My First PB

A day after my second fill on Jan 8 (now have total of 8ccs in 14cc band), I had my first PB. I was drinking water and some of it came back. Finally, some restriction! I had another mild PB at lunch today. I had 1/2 bagel and 3/4 cup mashed potatoes. When I ate a second spoonful of apple sauce, it came up. Time to stop eating; finally the dinner bell alarm is sounding. I'm happy that my tool for permanent weight loss has been activated.

:whoo:

Yikes...a bagel? I stay completely away from bread and a bagel is pretty thick. That's probably what did you in. I have not ever had a PB and I am so fortunate. I have read descriptions on here and it doesn't sound fun at all. They say that after a PB you should do liquids for 24 hours. Did you do that? Good luck and I'm glad to hear that you finally have some restriction.

You probably single-handedly ate the WORST thing in the WORLD you could have possibly put in your mouth...a bagel. Not just bread...but thick and doughy bread!
