Well I just got back and check up went okay. Bad news is, either my scale is off or I've gained a little weight...oooppppsss. Well they did some bloodwork to check my thyroid and for diabetes ect. Sure all will turn out fine. It really wasn't to difficult or stressfull, Kathy. I don't really have too much advise to give you. Since you and I are both self pay we don't have the same hoops to jump threw that some of the others do. I really wont know anything for a few days untill my blood work comes back.

VERY normal... But be careful!!! This is extra weight that you will fight with.

I had my consultation in April and approx. 8 weeks later was my actual surgery. From all of my 'last suppers' I gained 13 pounds in that time frame.

I often think that IF I wouldnt have gained that extra weight, I would be well below my first goal... -200 !!!!

Good luck!
