okay, they are now playing a commercial that is just wrong... They are selling some red box thing using a remake of Nena Haggen's punk/new wave classic 99 Luft Balloons (99 red balloons) sung all soft and sweet... It's just wrong! Wrong I tell you. My son came to me a few months back with a similar gripe. He goes roller skating every friday, and said that they wer playing doing a Rap version of "If you're happy and you know it" He said "it was wrong, just wrong!" And then he launched into several bars of "itsy bitsy spider" sung death metal...

So, what do you find wrong?

The Beatles in elevator music...fine for Barry Manilow or Hall & Oats, but the Beatles? Noooo, and I'm not a huge Beatles fan either...heck, I like Barry Manilow better, probably, but when I hear it, it just ain't right.

Now I keep singing "Say, say,say, wha-choo want" but I guess that's Paul McCartney, isn't it? He can have elevator music, I guess.
