2.5 years post op

Hey,

So I'm kind of far out but id like to start losing weight again. My gain back was about 30 lbs and I want to lose 40/50 lbs. Anyone have tips? I already started increasing water and protein. Thanks in advance ☺️

Not sure if it will help but I did my own little reset recently, not for the weight loss but because I wasn't feeling well, so I went back to basics and made sure I only had a high protein yogurt for breakfast with some chai seeds added and then did the same for lunch. I also tried to remember to have a protein snack during the day, which I tended to forget about, and then my normal routine for dinner.

I lost 5kg doing that but I now don't want to go down anymore so hoping it steadies out now.

As you want to l go down more than the 5kg /10lbs maybe you could reach out to the staff at the clinic you had your surgery, if possible, to ask for an appointment with them to discuss a new plan? I know the facility I went through has to see me once a year for a check-up and I was told just to reach out if I felt I was gaining or had any other issues so maybe your place offers similar.
