I would not be worried at this time. Only being a month out, you exercise, you are building muscle that weighs more than fat. And your fat is being burned off, but in places other than the stomach.

So, I am one month after my Bypass and I am getting my exercise in and my darn protein shakes, blah, but I’m not losing weight like I should. I expected the weight loss to be fast and just drop off of me. My surgeon keeps telling me you are right where you need to be, you are right in the normal range. I hear others talk and they are like losing rapidly and I’m like why aren’t I?! What am I doing wrong? Anyone else know how this feels?
