Did anyone see this video with Dr Berg? He's interviewing another Dr that makes his own yogurt (sort of).

Does anyone do this? Looks interesting . Interesting video. Just wanted to ask before I buy all the stuff!

I make yogurt in my Instant pot or just using a Thermos flask, You dont really need to buy anything. Back in the day we used to make it in a warm cupboard overnight.

I've been making Greek yogurt and skyr for years. I also use my instant pot. Lots of recipes for both yogurt and skyr online (skyr is made the same way, except you add a couple of drops of rennet, and it doesn't culture for as long (about five hours rather than the eight or so hours for yogurt).
