gained after 3 weeks

Hi

I am almost 3 weeks post surgery and I lost about 20 lbs in the first 2 weeks but now that I am eating I have gained about 4 lbs back. Is this normal or should I not have gained at all?

Thanks

Rosie

This is normal. It's what is called bandster hell. You are in the healing phase right now. When you start getting fills is when the weight loss begins.

Congrats.

I am also struggling with slow wt. loss 3 weeks after surgery. I lost 8 lbs right away, then have lost, gained, and lost 2 lbs over the past 2 weeks. If not for reading these posts, I would be nutz. But, you have lost a net of 16 lbs and I have lost a net of 10 lbs in 3 weeks. That is pretty good, actually!:clap2:
