Hello all!
I've had my RNY on May 17,2023. I've been having nausea after eating anything that's not soft like yogurt, baby food, or eggs. I'm now on the soft chopped portion of my plan. Is it normal to be nauseous after eating things such as moist chicken, beans at this point?
I've also had quite a bit of constipation and struggling to get water in. Please give me any tips or advice!
Thanks!
