Hello! Do any of you have any delicious recipes you'd like to share for the upcoming holiday? I'm supposed to bring a dish or a side or a dessert to a big get together and looking for bariatric friendly recipes! I'm post op and at 6 weeks, my plan allows me to try anything now. Thanks all!

Hello all! I've had my RNY on May 17,2023. I've been having nausea after eating anything that's not soft like yogurt, baby food, or eggs. I'm now on the soft chopped portion of my plan. Is it normal to be nauseous after eating things such as moist chicken, beans at this point? I've also had quite a bit of constipation and struggling to get water in. Please give me any tips or advice! Thanks!

Hello all! I've been really craving lean cuisines and lean cuisine paninis...lol. 😅I'm not at a point yet where I can eat them, but do any of you have any experiences you'd like to share? Especially eating the paninis post op lolol.... Thanks all!
