My Surgery is June 6th

I’m supposed to start my liquid diet on Tuesday 5/23 but I decided to start early. Start my liquid diet today just weighed myself 234pd. My goal weight is 160 I am also start on my vitamins.

    The liquid diet is the hardest part. The first few days are the toughest but your body should adjust, most people lose about 10 pounds average so that is a motivational.

    I wish you all the best on your surgery. There is a lot of good people here to help you with any issues, problems or questions.
