Dehydration

I had a Gastric sleeve 10 days ago and went to urgent care today they said low blood pressure and dehydration. They recommend 64 oz of Pedialyte a day. So I went home and sipped on pediLyte and got 33 oz down in 4 hours is this bad? I didn't feel full or nauseous or pain. Trying to stay out of hospital.

liquids go right through you so no - not bad. Your stomach will tell you if/when you're drinking too much/too quickly. I would have been able to drink that much in four hours, too, when I was a few days out.
