Sleeved on 2/20/23

Hi!
New here! Just got sleeved on 2/20/23. Postop is going well. The only downfall I have is the allergic reaction I experienced to the surgery prep used on my belly. Oh it’s so itchy and I have an allergy rash and  bumps all over my belly. Nurse told me I need to wait until it’s released from my system. If it wasn’t for the rash I would be fine. ? Trying to be patient.

    Same, I blistered from the betadine solution they used! The ab binder and benadryl helped a lot.

    If you are cleared to take them ? An antihistamine will help with the itchy rash
