Sleeved on 2/20/23
Same, I blistered from the betadine solution they used! The ab binder and benadryl helped a lot.

2 years Post OP
Never feel embarrassed to ask your doctor questions. They are there to help. You are not a loser! I would say go back to your bariatric basics. Protein and hydration. But definitely ask your doctor and dietitians what they would suggest!

Surgery more than 2 years ago?
I was sleeved 3 years ago. I hit my goal within the first year and maintain at about 10lbs below my goal. I didn't really stall, that I can remember. I have loose skin on my abdomen and hips. I am no longer pre-diabetic. I have no regrets and am glad I made the decision to have this done. I stay away from foods and drinks my dietitian told me to stay away from. I can't eat beef and pork they give me stomach aches and I am lactose intolerant. I am now a runner, and am training for a triathlon. I struggle with body dismorphia! But have been working on it!
