I did for quite a while. What I found helpful was to have a cup of warm tea first thing in the morning. Even now, 6 months later, I tend to fare better having a warm drink before having breakfast.
It’s been a week after gastric bypass surgery and I’m on thick liquids not taking pain meds much anymore but every time I drink or have my soups my stomach hurts a lot. Plus I’m lactose intolerant and sensitive to corn ingredients so I stay away from those so I know that’s not where the pain is coming from. Anyone else have pain after eating or drinking post op?
