I set myself a goal and decided that when I hit 20kgs loss I would go and get my hair done professionally. Haven't been to the hairdresser in about 5 years.

Set yourself small goals and reward yourself because you deserve it. This is not an easy process to go through so make sure you follow through with your rewards
