Laying on the floor

  • Popular Post

So I'm 4 months post op. I'm down 52lbs since surgery, 79lbs since the start of my journey. I never use to like laying on the floor. You all know the feeling. Back hurts, legs need elevated, ribs and stomach hurts if you lay on your stomach. Now I love to just lay on the cool floor near an air vent and play with my son. I can lay on my back or stomach. Anyone else notice how much more comfortable you are in positions you never were before??20220825_174437.jpg
