Pre-op diet

Hey all. I started my three day pre-op diet of clear liquids today. Is it sad I'm already over it? I'm hungry. Please, no mean comments. I want this and that's what's keeping me going

You can do this. It’s seriously a mind thing. I am over a year out and I have protein shakes as meal supplements on occasion. For breakfast I have one daily and it actually does fill me up till lunch

I’m over half way through 2 weeks. I found that sipping every 3 minutes (like they say for post) is helping me through it. Never hungry. Over 100 oz a day. Craving only cocktail onions. Only thing off diet has been a tsp of diluted apple cider vinegar.
