First stage liquid diet

I know we are supposed to get 64oz or more if fluids. But I feel like I'm either drinking fluids or eating popsicles all day long. Is this normal? Am I stretching my stomach out? Seems like I'm drinking a lot of water.

It gets better, I am 6 weeks post op and I can drink 16 oz in about 30-40 minutes now.

Regardless, it still feels like I am eating and drinking all day. And, I am only eating 3 meals, sometimes a small snack like a babybell or string cheese to increase my protein.
