PreOpt Diet

Hey guys!

I am having trouble with the PreOpt Diet. I lack creativity & I don't always have the funds for the food needed. I'm on a strict budget. Anyone out there would like to give me examples of what they eat or how the meal prep cook. I'm do for surgery in Mexico [emoji1166] in 71 Days I am worried that my liver will not shrink enough.

My Surgeon does not require me to have a pre-op diet. That feels a little strange to me since it seems the majority are given a pre-op diet. ??‍♀️

Probably have a small liver... the whole point of the pre op diet is to shrink your liver for more room to work when they get to the surgery

Wha t ate the requirements of your pre op diet. Usually they are pretty specific.
