Keeping food down

I had a gastric bypass on the 26 January all went well I can keep food down in the morning but I can’t keep my evening meal down. Can anyone give me any tips

More importantly what feedback or suggestions has your surgeon or nutritionist made around the issue?

I would agree with the above poster, are you making sure you are not drinking too close to the time you are going to eat? Also, you should for sure bring this up to your surgeon!

What's different that you are eating or drinking in the morning from what you are eating or drinking at night? I'd say have the same thing you had for breakfast again for dinner since it seems to be staying down.
