Hi, my surgery will be carried out tomorow but im on my period, can i still do the surgery? has anyone else gotten the surgery during their period?

Others on here have posted about it and yes they will do surgery. Some said they have special mesh underwear they give you with a pad.

I just wore leakproof underwear (knix). They let me keep my own on.

On the top right there is a magnifying glass (using the website on my phone anyways). Click that and you can do a search.

Yes. I got my period the day before. Things still went on as planned. Just let them know when you get there. They will give your these special underwear and pad to wear. Once surgery was done and a few hours went by, I put my own back on.

Yes, they gave me mesh underwear with a pad. It was gone when I awoke…. Luckily a light day or it would have been messy…
