Gas/pressure

I have this constant gas/pressure in my chest. I have these bubbles coming up my chest from my stomach as if I need to burp but I can’t. I’m taking gas x, going on walks, and taking small sips but nothing has helped. I’ve been like this since day one. Someone please help!

When was your surgery? I am 2 days out and have similar issues.

How much are you walking? Have you been able to pass bowel?

My surgery was 8 days ago. I’m not walking as much as I should, maybe 20 min a day. And yes, I’ve been able to pass a bowel movement
