I am in shock. Up to about 900 calories a day, still getting all of my protein in water in daily. Today is exactly 4 months post op… down 70 POUNDS! ?

284 surgery day, today 214. This is insane. I knew I would lose weight having this done for my reflux, but I never imagined losing it this fast ! I wish I could eat a cheeseburger to slow it down LOL WHEW!!!
