Dark skin on neck?

Did anyone have this before losing weight as well? Did it go away as you lost weight or did it stay? It’s one of my biggest insecurities that I know is a direct result of my weight, I hope it is reversible.

Acanthrosis nigricans (or something close in spelling) perhaps. It’s often associated with PCOS

It can also be an sign of diabetes or insulin resistance. ☹️ Don’t know if you have been diagnosed or if it has been raised with you as something to watch. Worth a chat with your medical team.

The contraceptive pill can cause pigmentation on the face & neck too.
