The Frustration

My surgery was 3/3/21 I was 268 and I told myself aim big so my first weight loss goal was 205. I had a stall in April of three weeks the scale wouldn’t budge to pass 215! Then it began to move only took a week and a half to get to 206.8 and now guess what?! It won’t budge! It refuses to give me my first goal, lol

you'll likely hit several stalls along the way. If you're following your plan, then that's what's going on now. Like you did the first time, stick to your plan and stay off the scale for a few days.

Yet. You’ll get there ❤️

It's a marathon, not a sprint. You didn't gain the weight overnight and it won't come off overnight. Stalls are very common and you just have to stick with your plan and be patient.

Not only that think about those inches falling off rather than the numbers on the scale. ?

I might be mistaken but dang girl that seems like alot of weight that dropped off in such short time. Im proud of you !!!
