This is a weird new feeling.....

I am now moving to soft foods. I made scrambled eggs and only ate 1.5 egg. I stopped when I felt full. One and a half hours later and a 30 minute walk, I still feel miserably full and have weird noises in my throat. What the heck is this? The noises is not a burp nor the prelude to vomiting. Just not sure.

Early on I could barely eat one egg, if I ate it really slowly. I still struggle with more than one egg at a time. Definitely sounds like overfill. Aren’t the noises charming?? ? One poster described

I ate an egg bite and was full and nauseous for hours! I stay away from them now.

It’s your lower esophagus and stomach upset because it’s overfilled. Mine does the same thing or when I eat something it doesn’t like (eggs early on are notorious for this btw). It takes some time to learn the warning signs of being full, this is my first clue with the noises. I’ve seen some people say their nose will run, they’ll sneeze, or cough as a full signal. I joke my stomach is making whale noises ?

One poster described the noises their stomach now makes as the sounds of deep sea creatures mating...that pretty much sums it up at my house. ??
